Job description:
Assessing tender documents and tender strategy including the identification of project risks.
Carry out the measurement and pricing of a new project in a professional competent manner. This includes subcontractor and supplier liaison and interpretation.
Liaise with clients and potential clients during and after the tender process.
Undertake the analysis and feedback of tender results and market trends.
Market Northbuild Construction in a professional manner so as to win projects for the Company.
Work as a key member of the Estimating team on a diverse range of projects including traditional, negotiated and design and construct.
Conduct value management exercises as required.
Undertake training as directed by Northbuild management.
Contribute to the entire Northbuild team as required.
Any other duties as requested.
